I have a customer using Windows 8. We loaded the free version of smart callconnector. Everything loaded and appears as it should on the desktop in Exploreer and Outlook. The problem is that it will NOT allow me to add the "Cisco Unified CME Telephony Services Provider" into the [Phones and Modems] [Advanced] tab. When we open the advanced tab and click "Add" we can see the "Cisco Unified CME Telephony Services Provider" option and we click it, but it will not load. Any advise. Other than going back to Windows 7.
