Hello,
I was looking at the Cisco Smart Business Communications System Proposal Template at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6882/ps10585/cisco_smart_business_communications_system_proposal_template.docx
and I was having trouble launching the document. There are no instructions and no obvious (to me anyway) methods of opening the resource.
I have tried Office 2010 Word and Excel as well as IE8 x86 and x64.
Please advise.

I can open the document on my computer. Try the attached document. It was saved with a doc not docx extension.
