Hello I have buy UC 520 and I have very older CD 1.5 software. When I want make update of software for 2.0 I have error.

I don't know how donwloads new version 2.0

When I want register product at this link :

I have downloaded that but I can't make update I have add ID Key Number in software and I don't have. For have this key it's write I have make registration. I have your product 2 month and I never have founded passwd & ID Key activate and unlock 7965 & 7921 and change to french add my rules inside.

Now I have UC 520 and not better I have message when I open software you have evaluation version please enter ID Key -> register your product...

It seems you might have been using an EVAL License, created through CCA, one that has expired. Is this the case?
