Hi,

im using now succesfully VoIP phones SPA 921/922/941/942 and this works well. I build custom dialplan with #4xx number that is command for my pbx software. Now i buyed few 502g and when im trying to call number #4xx with the same dial plan i got "invalid number". How to change this? I have many phones in my deployment and cannot change number taht is used by many employees for ages.

Part of my dialplan:

(*4xxS0|#4xxS0)

Hi Adam,

The SPA50x phones use the same dial plan as the SPA9xx phones.

You say you get "invalid number"..., if the phone had an issue with the number dialed, it would play fast-busy. The phone has no concept of valid or invalid numbers.

Is it possible that the phone is sending on the dialed #4xx and that the PBX is rejecting the number as invalid?

Regards,

Patrick

To the PBX is send:%234xx@172.xxx.xxx.xxx... # is converted.
