How to make an outgoing call through one channel on BRI?

Hello,

I have a problem, a customer has buyed a bonus to make outgoing mobile calls, but the telco said me that the bonus will be applied only on the outgoing calls on the first channel of BRI interface, but not in the second. How can this be done?  I can get  mobile calls going through BRI interface, but not always using the same channel.

Thank you in advance,

Andoni.

The router always tries first B1 for outgoing calls. Only if that is busy, it will use the other.

So your choice really is having the second call made on B2, or to fail. If you want that second option, can try "max- conn" under DP.

Correct, you can't call out on B2 if B1 is free.

Thanks for the nice rating and good luck!

Thank you Paolo.

Another question,  if I understand well, if the telco change his mind and tell me that the Bonus calls are in 2nd channel, I can do nothing. Right?
