Anyone else had this problem? At one point, extensions got shared. That as a mistake as the phones were dual-line. Went back to normal. Now when changes are made to "Voice", the lines get set back to shared. If they are set back to normal, hunt stop channel isn't removed. I can go into CLI and fix them but I have to do it everytime I touch the Voice option in CCA. Any ideas? I have an open ticket with SBCS but I was curious if others ran into this...
