Incoming call assignment - blast groups / vm etc

This should be a relatively simple on.

Im trying to get a FXO port to call a blast group and then prefably a particular users mailbox.. in lieu of that the blast group voicemail.

What is the best method for doing this.

Im actually having an issue of a the call currently going to voicemail after the timeout period .. it gives busy.

Also if the call is terminated on 511 mbox can i light the MWI of a different phone ?

well i reset my system to factory default again, this time used the telephony wizard and this seems to get most things going straight away which is a bonus.

You can enable direct transfer to voicemail, and then set the "final" dial string to an individual mailbox.

There is no way to light MWI for a phone, when the mailbox is owned by another one. You would need a shared line. Currently, for shared lines, CCA creates a General delivery Mailbox (GDM).
