Initiate a call from SPA9000+SPA942 via CRM / Time log package
I have a SPA9000 with 2 SPA942 and a SPA3102 as backup to VOIP service. I have recently installed a new CRM type software package. Within the software it has the functionality to enter a command URL and extension number for your phone. A new call can be initiated from the software package and logged etc. and all that good stuff.
Having spoken to the developers they say they have it working with Asterisk PBX and SPA942 phones. As they are using Telnet to connect to the Asterisk box they don't think it would work with my SPA9000.
My question is does anyone know a work around for not being able to Telnet to the SPA9000 or is there another method I could use to initiate a new call from the system. If I had the core principle I could get the system modified to trigger the calls.
