IP Communicator Not Working With UC_540

Hello All,

I am running Cisco IP Communicator with a UC_540.  I have configured the UC_540 for the IPC Extension with the following specs.

MAC 5427.1E0A.0810 - MAC of Network Adapter on the Laptop

Phone Type - CIPC

Expansion Module - None

Preferred Codec - g711ulaw

Missed Calls - Exclude Overlay Button

First Name - BDCRemote

Last Name - H

UserID BDCRemoteH

Password - 123456

The Issue:

When I open IP Communicator, the application appears to register successfully, but the time is 5hrs ahead and the extension does not appear.   We have been using IP Commuicator off and on for about 14 months.  I have never seen this issue.  

Your thoughts and wisdome are extremely appreciated!

Hello Gabe,

Please verify if the phone registers successfully.

In CCA Monitor -> Telephony -> Phones and extensions  - the status should be registered.

Also you may set the TFTP to 10.1.10.2 (if this is the Loopback 0 address and it is set as tftp source)in the options of the CIPC.
