i have a question regarding Music On Hold and Auto Attandant i have cisco UC540 router and cisco ip phone spa504g. the router is already configured and the phone is working now i want to config Moh and Auto Attendent and i dont know the commands so i have studied and watched some videos on Cisco Configuration Assistant can i use it. as i don't know much about cisco so i think may be it might not cause a problem for me. please assist me and guide me i will be so greatfull to u for this.
