Our customer has a UC560 using netgear switches. Software on the UC is the latest ( 8.6.1 ) software on handsets are ( 7.5.3 )
The issue is that the softkeys are missing ( only on 525G2 ). The last time this occured we had to upgrade, but as we are on the latest level it is not an option. It is also worth mentioning that we turned off CDP as it was effecting thier network.
