ldap incoming calls spa9xx spa5xx

Dear All,

We want to implement LDAP in office, but I need confirmation if it is possible for the IP phone (SPA5xx or SPA9x2 didn;t decide yet) to search LDAP base, when call is incoming to display which user is calling? I know that it is possible with personal Directory, but what about LDAP.

If it is possible, what additional parameters should be configured?

Yes, LDAP related function is located in the Phone tab and section is called LDAP Corporate Directory Search.

Not possible, search is only done on the directory for outbound calls.
