Lead 0 stripped from incoming calls

We are having a problem with lead 0 sometimes missing on inbound calls.

0 is used as off-hook number and this is sometimes missing in the missed call list.

There sems to be no correlation to any spesific number. This happens on mobile, landline and international inbound calls.

The system config is UC500 and 7962G phones.

Is this a known bug or can it be worked around using a translation rule?

Thanks for your help.

Re: Lead 0 stripped from incoming calls

Hi Svein,

The issue you have is quite a common one, you can however overcome it via the use of Translation rules. I would attempt to help you with this but I am only used to doing them for the Australian setups, but it is not a difficult thing and will require CLI work to be done.

If you do a search on this particular issue, you will see numerous posts by me on how to resolve this.
