Line Key Resets Overnight

I've got some SPA514g phones with the 4th line key set to a second extension for some users. Every morning when I come in, it's back to line 1 with their main extension. I have to go into each phone web interface and set the line key to Ext 4 again and reboot the phone. They're all on 7.5.5 firmware and we use 3CX. Why does this keep resetting and how can I get it to stay permanently?
