Login problem after 2.1.4(3) update

Hi:

following UC320w instructions I updated firmware to V2.1.4(3). Te update went throughg just fine but when I tried to relog into the system it kept telling me that user and/or password was not correct.

I reset system to factory defoults and went through the whole configuration from scrath and everything was smooth, i loged out and when trying to log in again same problem the usar and password I introduced during config is no good AGAIN, I tried cisco/cisco also but no luck.

Is there any way i can access without the need to reset it AGAIN to factory??. Is this a known issue wit fw version??, shoul I downgrade fw??
