Max number of simultaneous voicemail calls?

I had a user complain that he pressed his SPA525G2 phone's envelope icon (voicemail x399) and got a busy signal.

We were unable to repeat the error.

Is there a limit to;

1. The number fo people that can check vociemail at once?

2. The number of people that can leave voicemail at once?

3. A combination of the two?

It is listed or described as sessions.

1. UC560 has a limit of 12, UC540 is 6
2. UC560 has a limit of 12 UC540 is 6
3. UC560's total limit is 12 because they are both a part of the same system which is called Cisco Unity Express.  The UC540's is 6

Each time someone access the system by leaving a voicemail, checking it or using the AA, it creates a session.
