MB100 - SPA500 Wallmount kit

Greetings All,

Under the SPA500 phones document within the cisco website it shows that the wallmount kit for the SPA500 series is the MB100.  Upon recieving these brackets I found that when the phone is wallmounted and the handle is in the cradle it falls out...

and yes, I swear I followed the mounting instructions ...its not upside down.

The documentation out of packaging shows the phone for the SPA900 series.  Is this the wrong part?

Did you invert the handset hook as shown below (I apologise for the dodgey photography)?
