MP3 Player Issue -SPA525G2/UC540

Why is it that when all users have a CO line assigned to a button, and a call is seized, or the CO line is picked up to make a call, it causes the MP3 player to stop playing because the CO line is in use. This limitation doesn't apply if the user's phone doesnt have a direct button mapped to a CO line (i.e., you have dial a 9 to access an outside number). Is there any solution/workaround to this issue besides not having a CO line mapped to a button.

Thanks for your email.

This limitation is due to the fact that line is shared, so the audio stops prepared to capture the audio. There is no other workaround that the one you mention.
