Music on-hold for incoming call that want to remain on-hold
Running UC320 with latest firmware. Data and Voice LAN run fine.
Question is if there is any way to have customer remain on-hold and listen to music rather than ringing for 5-10 minutes.
I am trying to confirm if there is any configuration possible to have callers self-park themselves in a music-on-hold queue and wait for the next available agent to answer the line.Some customers want to be able to wait few minutes and get a live agent than leave a voicemail and get called back later.
All I can configure using a combination of Submenus, Hunting Groups and/or Extensions is busy/unanswered, go to voicemail or just ring and ring (very annoying). Would prefer to offer a customer "If you prefer to remain on-hold for the next available agent, press X" and then the music on hold starts.
