MWI isn't working

guys,

i have sip trunk setup on the uc, and mwi isn't working. however, i can leave message to the extension with no problem. i tired to refresh the mwi for many times, and i confirmed that mwi on/off is configure to be the same on cme/cue.

is there anything that is missing? i use cli during this troubleshooting steps.

thanks

MWI isn't working

What I meant was

on the cue module:

http:// 192.168.100.250 - find the settings for MWI and make sure the messages are send to your gi0/0 IP address. You have a SIP listener on your gi0/0 IP only

My first suggestion would be to try removing the bind statements.  I have seen those cause MWI problems before.

Thank you,

Darren

Or on the CUE module, under the mwi settings you could try configuring the IP of gi 0/0 rather than the internal IP (typically 10.1.10.2)

i modified the ccn subsystem as well to point to cme local ip. the cme and cue are on the same subnet.

ccn subsystem sip

gateway address "192.168.100.254"

dtmf-relay rtp-nte

mwi sip outcall sub-notify

mwi envelope-info

end subsystem

MWI isn't working

okay after few troubleshooting, i changed sip gateway to point to the same ip as the gi 0/0, and also made mwi sip statemen on each ephone-dn. that's fixed the issue

thanks for the lead.
