We need to update 105 SPA502g phone, from 7.4.9c to 7.5.4 firmware, it take about 15 minutes per phone, i'm pretty sure there is an easy free way to upate more than 1 phone at a time?
If the phones are pulling their phones loads from a PBX like the UC500 you easily put the new loads in flash and specify a new load statement then rebooting the phones should force them to upgrade.
Please test it first in a controlled environment before applying it to all phones. Maybe some functionality is broken (like LDAP address book in 7.5.4)
