I currently have an RCC setup on an OCS 2007 R2 server with a Cisco UC520 running 8.0.1.
When an incoming call is made, Office Communicator shows "Unidentified Caller". Also, when making an outbound call, as soon as the call is connected, the caller id goes from the number dialed, to "Unidentified Caller".
After turning on trace logging, I noticed the following entry in the log:
Is the + causing the issue and, if so, is there any way to remove this on the OCS side? I've attempted removing it on the Cisco unit, but the translation rules get ignored for some reason (although they pass through to the actual IP phone properly).
