Off hook dial delay

As I've read though the support pages it appears that there are no current plans to include the ability to append a number to outbound calls when behind a pbx.  Unfortunately I'm kind of stuck with that situation.  I've managed to get an autodialer partially working but it sometimes conflicts with the 320 dialing out and its a hit or miss on if the call goes through or we have to redial.

I noticed the pmf that increases the delay on FXO ports to 2 seconds before sending the DTMF digits but that basically made every call fail.  What is the delay from off hook to dialing and is there any way to increase this amount?

Thanks

Matt

Off hook dial delay

Hi Matt,

The FXODialingDelay.pmf sets 2 seconds delay from offhook to dialing digits. If it doesn't serve your pupose, please let me know how much delay you would like to set. I will build another PMF with the delay you select.

Best regards,

Off hook dial delay

Thank you Wendy.  I've sent you a PM with the amount I think will work.  Is there any word on if the function of appending a digit to the dialout will be added?

Hi Matt,

The new PMF has been sent to you through email.

Sorry, UC320W doesn't support the function of appending a digit to the dialout.

Best regards,

Wendy
