For ease of use for users, the customer has the VPN enabled on SPA525 phones on the UC500 LAN. Everything works fine except the audio path from SPA525 user to external party. Our user can hear the outside party fine. Phones that are deployed with teleworkers have no problem. Also, internal calls from those on-LAN 525s have 2-way audio. So, it's limited to off-net calls (PRI for dial-tone), and just the SPA525 user to external party audio that doesn't work.
I've looked at access-lists for the interfaces as well as NAT and nothing has fixed the issue. Has anyone seen this and resolved it?
