OUtbound Caller ID on 520

OK, I am lost on this one!  Have a 520 and I am trying to over-ride customers default BTN with their DID's.  When I go to outbound dialing plan outbound Caller ID.  This is what I see.  They are not using FXO they are using t1/e1 trunks.  I also tried adding the trunk group for t1/e1 but then I get an error saying somthing to the effect "there were errors"  but I saw nothing in red.

We have done this out going DID scenario for multiple customers, not sure why this site is giving us a headache.  Any thoughts.

The reason you are getting that message, is because the system, or CCA at least, is not detecting a T1/PRI trunk.  If the T1E1 trunk is configured and recognized, you should not get this message.  I would suggest that you check the T1 trunk settings, and possibly try removing the trunk and re-adding it though CCA again.
