I'm having trouble settng the outgoing dial plan on our UC540.
The standard Templates don't appear, so I can't select UK. I've tried using Import Template and the templates are in the correct place.
It is a fair bit of work to start again without a template, can any one help with why I can't set it - or tell me how I can convert the XML to a format I can pull into the CLI?

There have been several cases where the CCA install for some reason doesnt add the templates, which are used by the pull down i
n ODP window. The easy fix is to uninstall and reinstall. Nothing of value is lost so please try this.
To see if tyhis is your issue, check here:
C:\Documents and Settings\
You should have about 30 dial plans in there, among them 3 for the UK
I bet you your directory is empty.

Not just empty - didn't exist!
I created it and copied them in and it is fine.
Reinstalling BTW didn't work - I had already done a complete reinstall of my PC (for other reasons). Must be something about my config that CCA doesn't like.
