Hello!
We have a UC540 (UC540W-BRI-K9). On this we have configured following:
Incoming call -> Hunt group pilot 511 -> extensions 203, 204. If nobody picks up the call, it will be forwarded to hunt group pilot 512. After there also no one pick up the call, it will be forwarded to BACD (wish of customer..).
For the phones we have configured this:
ephone-dn 293 dual-line
no call-waiting beep
number 204 secondary xxx no-reg primary
pickup-group 1
label 204
description xxx
name xxx
call-forward busy 203
call-forward night-service 6204
call-forward noan 502 timeout 20
night-service bell
!
!
ephone-dn 294 dual-line
no call-waiting beep
number 203 secondary xxx no-reg primary
pickup-group 1
label 203
description xxx
name xxx
call-forward all 204
call-forward night-service 6203
call-forward noan 501 timeout 20
night-service bell
This two phones are in pickup-group nr 1. But if extension 204 rings, 203 cannot pickup via GPickUp button.
I don't know why. This two numbers are very interlaced.
Can someone help me please? We have this problem since a half year.
Thank you very much!
Regards
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
Try to pickup the call using GPickUp button and then press * (asterisk).

Hi Daniel,
Curious as to how many Pickup groups you have?
Also is this a CLI configured system? I notice the no call-waiting beep settings which is not achievable with CCA 3.1.1 (Well wasn't last time I checked).
Cheers,
David.

Hi David!
Glad to hear from you.
There are about 4 or 5 pickup groups. Yes, this is a CLI configured system because of some failures. (First CCA, after TAC -> CLI).
Best wishes,
Daniel
