POTS Line Failover

I am converting a customer from an NEC system over to the UC560.  Their primary line is a T1 for voice.  They also have two POTS lines for failover in case the T1 goes down.  Can I setup the two POTS lines as failover on the UC560 on the FXO ports within CCA?

To set the preference of trunks within the PSTN group, click the “Configure Priority” button in the last column of the outgoing dial plan table row. This will bring up a dialog that will let you adjust the priority of the trunks.  You can use this to achieve T1-PRI first and then FXO.

By default, the order is PRI, BRI, then FXO for PSTN trunks, which is what you are looking for.
