problem uc560

please help with this problem.....

UC560#service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 status

Service Module is Cisco Integrated-Service-Engine0/0

Service Module supports session via TTY line 2

Service Module is failed

Service Module heartbeat-reset is enabled

Service Module status is not available

after this capture i try to enter to CUE and appear bootloader session

If CUE fails to load system, you can always re-install software as explained in documentation.

Hi Juan,

Please try the following command:

ROUTER#: service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 reload

Or

ROUTER#: service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 reset

Or

Power the system down completley, waut about 60 seconds and power it back up.

If this does not bring it back to life log a fault with SBSC for a failed CUE, let them investigate if the HDD has failed or if just the DB has failed, in which case they will assist you with a full reinstall. DO NOT do this yourself if you are not well versed with CLI reinstalls and the CUE CLI interface, you can do more harm then good
