Reboot UC320W, Telset's forgetting their speed dial assignments

On several occasions, when we restart the UC320W for a configuration change, the customer is saying they lose all of there persnal speed dial assignments that they have put on the unused line keys.  This is with SPA508G phones.  We have many other instalations and we don't have this behaviour (at least not that our customers have mentioned).

The UC320W is running 2.1.3(0).

I believe I have seen this same behavior as well.  A client had mentioned something about resetting the speed dial buttons after I restart the UC320.  I thought she was maybe thinking of something else, or misspeaking but maybe not.  Sounds like there may indeed by an issue.  BTW they are using 509G phones.
