Redundant Outgoing Plan

I have a UC560 configured to use SIP trunks for all incoming and outgoing call. I'd like to have an analog PSTN line for outgoing in case of emergency.

Do I need to perform any configuration? Seems like I can dial out thru analog after I plug in the RJ11 cable to a FXO port.

Redundant Outgoing Plan

Hi,

If you are using CCA just look in the outgoing dial plan to have "SIP then PSTN" on the lines for the needed numbering types. This will try the SIP trunk first and if not available will try PSTN (FXO in your case) lines.

HTH,

Alex
