replace a spa 512 phone, do I need to backup the contact list and call history?

HI:

     I was asked to replace a telephone SPA512 of customer, she already had a long list of the contact and call history, I was wandering if it going to lost if I replace her spa512 with a new spa512.  I know the voice mail won't lose, but contact list and call history ???

if this need back up. how to do it?

The phone pbx is UC320.

Hi Rex,

Sorry, the call history and contacts can't be kept. She has to manually save the contacts.
