Several of the ringtones packaged with the 8.0.0 and 8.0.1 software releases sound awful compared to the ones included in the 7.1.3 release. They pop and cutoff and have a bad echo.
I don't think this is a terrible issue by any stretch of the imagination, but I just wanted to point it out if no one else had noticed it.
I have been downloading the software releases from the community site, so I do not know if the official releases on the Downloads site are packaged differently or not.
