Hi,

I am having issues with sequential hunt group and night service call forward.  Below is my setup

During business hours call comes in on a DID over the PRI and goes to a hunt group. At night the call is suppose to go directly to AA, but does not...i get a call cannot be completed message.

voice translation-rule 6
rule 1 /8966862/ /7110/

voice hunt-group 5 sequential
final 8005  ****AA pilot***
list 1000,1180,1040,1140
timeout 12
pilot 7110

ephone-dn  2  dual-line
number 1000
label front desk
description 1000
name front desk
call-forward busy 8005
call-forward night-service 8005
call-forward noan 8005 timeout 25
hold-alert 30 originator
night-service bell

Any help would be appreciated.

A couple of questions...

1) is the

final 8005  ****AA pilot***

an actual excerpt from your config?  Or are you simply trying to NOTE that this is your AA-Pilot for sake of the discussion?

2) In order to get a good feel for how this is configured, you probably want to also include the rest of your configuration for the AA-Pilot.

1. I just put that in there for this discussion

2.

dial-peer voice 2001 voip
description ** cue auto attendant number **
translation-profile outgoing PSTN_CallForwarding
destination-pattern 8005
b2bua
voice-class sip outbound-proxy ipv4:10.1.10.1
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.1.10.1
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711ulaw
no vad

The calls go to AA during hours, its the night service thats the issue.

Here's a Technical Enablement Lab that may be of assistance - works well...

Hope it helps.
