Short Voicemail "Name" Greeting

I have a client who's UC560 I setup this weekend.  I've done quite a few of these and never seen this issue before.  Users are complaining that

when setting up their voicemail the name prompt is so short they can't even state their full name before it beeps.

Has anyone else seen this?

Just as an update.. the issue was that after stating their name and pressing pound it seemed to back track and cut off the last part of the name when it played it back to them.  So adding a pause at the end of stating their name before pressing pound solved the issue.

Still never seen that on any other UC5xx deployments I've done. :\

What software pack/CUE version are you running?  I've had the same issue with every UC500 deployement I've done prior to sotftware pack 8.0.5.  With the few 8.0.5 packs with CUE 8.0.3 I've done so far, I can't say I've ran into the problem.
