In the Single Number Reach section under Applications in CCA I am adding user's mobile numbers to utilize the feature. I never add a number to our operator but somehow the mobile number for another user appears next to her name. The operator is using a sidecar that monitors 6 extensions. The user extension of x205 is showing up next to her name as 9(205). It looks like CCA is automatically choosing button #9 from her sidecar and populating the mobile number in the single number reach field with the mobile number for the user with extension 205. I delete the entry and change the button to 1(203) and apply but when I go back in it looks like the below example. Can anyone explain why CCA is behaving this way? I am using version 2.2.4
