I am trying to setup a teleworker environment for my UC500 installation. The UC500 is installed and configured and I have gone through the VPN server setup via CCA 3.1.
On my teleworker site, I have an 871W configured. When I use CCA 3.1 and attempt to setup a remote VPN connection, I am unable to check the box for Enable Voice Services on Remote Conection. A meesage pops up in CCa that states Voice services cannot be enabled on this device.
I am running IOS 12.4(24)TS - ADV IP SRVR CRYPTO
Please advise.
