The Smart CallConnector Operator should be FCS in mid January regarding this thread: https://www.myciscocommunity.com/message/29356, but I still can not find it from the Australia Wholesale Price List.

So, my questions are:

1. What is the FCS timeframe?

2. Is there any evaluation license available ?

3. What is the US list price for L-SW-SCC-OPPERATOR ?

Dear Sir;

I just checked, the SKU is available on the AU WPL, look at L-SW-SCC-OPERATOR
