SNR Single number reach not working on UC520

Dear Expert,

I have a UC520 and I am running into trouble with my configuration with SNR.

I have on my FastEthernet an AccessList - when I remove this, snr is working - but

I need this because FastEthernet is directly connected to internet and UC520 is

also the firewall for this customer - can anyone tell me which ports I have to open

so that snr is working?  The call setup looks fine but I have no audio in both ways.

maybe anyone have an idea how to set up my access rule.
