SPA 301-G2 problem

HI All,

I have a strange problem with the phone in the object.

The phone is installed on a vessel, it's configured well because is functioning very well.

The problem is that after two or three days the phone becomes inoperate, that's to say if I get up the phone I hear the tone no more, as if the phone was switched off, but it's on because it's reachable and I can access its web page.

I thought about a problem of the phone, so i changed it with a new phone but the problem is the eame also with the new phone.

Have you some idea about this problem.

SPA 301-G2 problem

Check the info tab on the web page when this problem occurs.  See if the phone is still registered to the proxy.  If no longer registered, see if the phone still sends out registrations by checking the log file.  Info on setting up debug log is at https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9862
