Re: SPA 941 - reboot reason:H633a016b

Hi Alberto.

Are there any updates on that issue? We are also experiencing massive reboots of 941 SPAs with that reason . There are also reboots with  H633a08f3. Do you have any info about it?

Thanks in advance!

Re: SPA 941 - reboot reason:H633a016b

Hi Komil;

This is a memory error. Potentially a code issue under a specific circunstance (could be during provisioning). In order to debug it properly would need to see the debug traces of the device or an indication of what the device was doing prior the reboot.

Re: SPA 941 - reboot reason:H633a016b

Hi Alberto!

Thank you for your reply. That problem happens every 12 hours and it doesn't mater whether you do anything with phone or no.

In our environment phones are getting IP settings through DHCP, all other settings are provisioned manually.  Do you have any thoughts on what could be a problem?

By the way we are using 4.1.8 firmware, we've tried to upgrade to 5.1.8  - problem still there.

Re: SPA 941 - reboot reason:H633a016b

Hello ALL

Are there any news on this issue. I am experiencing the same reboot reason when registering those phones with CCM6.1. I tried the latest firmware but when you start playing with the phone or have a conference or dual line then the phone reboots and on syslog you get this reboot with reason H633a016b.
