SPA400 and SPA9000 does not show caller ID in incoming calls from PSTN

Hello,

Would you help me with this problem

I have an installation with a SPA400+SPA900 and phones 3x SPA942. Country is Czech Republic.

Incoming   calls shows "Anonymous caller" instead of showing the caller id. I  follow some  instructions, I have seen, in a documentation that talks  about that,  but still does not work.

I have set up the following configuration on the SPA400 for Czech Republic.

Receive Gain:0

Impedance: 270+(750||150nF)

Tip/Ring Voltage: 3.5 V

Operational Loop Current Min: 10 mA

On-hook Speed: 3 ms

DC Current Limiting: Enable

Caller ID Method 'European (FSK)'

Do you have any idea what it could be changed in the config?

Thank you for your support

Best Regards

Hi Pavel,
I had similar problems here in Australia with the default Australia setting for caller ID not working.
I set it to the USA standard (which Australia also uses) and it is OK.
Not sure if this will help with using it in CZ but try different standards and see how you go, best of luck.

have you tried plugging an analog phone into the wall jack to see if your provider is sending Callerid?

have you talked to your provider to find out what settings they are sending?

If the device is under warranty or contract, you can call into the Cisco small business help desk and open a case.
