SPA504 Failure following Restoration of Backup

Good Morning, following a restoration of a backup file onto our UC540, we have a handset (SPA504) which is failing to register and displays the message:-

Downloading

User_Define_4/

This handset was working perfectly well before we defaulted the UC540. The other handsets we have on the UC540 have come back online without any issue.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Hi Steven,

Yes we factory reset the phone and the error still occurs, although the phone does eventually come back online after a long period of time, it is not ideal and was not doing this before we restored the backup onto the UC540.

Can you look at the running config on the UC540 for the telephony-service section and find the network-locale command under that? Is it present and what is it set to?
