So, I have try this:

In the TFTP Server, only I have that file spa504G.cfg with the following:

Any idea how can i change this phone again to SIP Mode ? I have read the zero-touch tutorial and have not found information about this,  and back to the spa504g.cfg provisioning mode ... ?

Hi Oswaldo,

The phone does not appear to be in SPCP mode based on the Log.pcap.zip file.

I do see the following:

Packet frame 16, the 172.27.1.1 DHCP server offers a very strange OPTION 66 of:

The TFTP server name should be an IP address or FQDN of the TFTP server.

The phone is not looking for /spa504G.cfg or /Cisco/SPA504G/.cfg because it does not have a valid TFTP server to send a request to.

Once you send the phone a valid OPTION 66, the phone will request its SIP configuration files.

Regards,

Patrick

I make a upgrade to 7.4.9a, that not fix my issue.

I change the DHCP Server to Router Cisco, and is the same situation, later i try with DHCP Turbo, and it work fine.

In my router i have that

ip dhcp pool Phone_AR7

   network 172.27.1.0 255.255.255.0

   default-router 172.27.1.10

   option 66 ip 172.27.1.210

How can I set the TFTP Server Name...?

I found it, the correct configuration in the router Cisco.

ip dhcp pool Adtran_AR14

   network 172.27.1.0 255.255.255.0

   default-router 172.27.1.1

   option 66 ascii "172.27.1.10"
