SPA504 Resync delay

Hello,

I'm have a 504G phone which I can reset with a SIP notify resync command.

The phone will resync and restart after this but if I do this a second time after it has started up again; it will only do this atfter 180 seconds.

In my wireshark traces I see the resync being send to the phone immediatly and the phone response is "resync when idle".

I tried to play with the Forced_resync Delay and Resync random delay timers but to no avail.

I want to shorten the delay to about 30 seconds.

Does anybody know which timer this is?? Or is this a default (hardcoded) value??

Try to change the value of "Resync Random Delay" and "Forced Resync Delay".
