We have a customer using SPA504G sets together with the SPA500 attendant console on a hosted Broadworks platform. The customer experiences mixed-up keys on the SPA500. Actions so far have included firmware upgrades (most recently to 7.5.6a last week), and using TCP instead of UDP but the problems persist. This happens at irregular intervals, sometimes weeks apart, sometimes close together. Any ideas would be very welcome.
