SPA504G Template

Hi,

I need to prepare for a new phone system.  They will be using SPA504 phones and in order to prepare for the new system, I need to create a paper template for each phones with the position of the appearances and functions on each keys and softkeys.

Is there such a template that I could use or download from somewhere for my preparation

Actually, this is partially what I require.  I am not sure how close in configurationthe SPA504 is to the 1230, however, when I configured a new system on the 1230, I had a form with all the configurable keys and would pick if I activated or not some of the keys passed the first 12 keys that were being configured for appearances and ADLs.

Is there such a template available
