SPA508G wont boot up

Hi,

We have a site with SPA508G phones and one of them wont boot up.

When connected to POE, the Mic Button Comes on Red, the headset button Green and the speaker button green and it just stays there.

Is there anything we can do with this phone?

Hi Graeme,

Can I suggest that you connect the power pack to the phone, boot it up and see if it comes online, and if it does, then use the menu settings and factory reset it, then connect it back up to the PoE switch and let the UC-500 take over from there.

Hi David,

Treid that and the Red GReen Green lights come on and stay on as before.

I guess its goosed.
