We have 2 different systems where we have setup SPA525 to be remote tele-worker phones and we keep getting poor voice quality. Bandwidth is not the issue since one of the locations where we have tried using has 20MB upload and 10 MB download. The main office in both these scenarios has a UC560 with T1 Sip from Cbeyond. We don't have any voice issues at the main office.
