SPA525G and G2 Button Issue

Hi All,

I know this is an issue but can't seem to find anything on it.

We have several SPA525G and SPA525G2 phones around and on the phones, if you are on a speakerphone session, and you adjust the volume either up or down, the number pad buttons appear to stop functioning.So for example, if you call into a webex session, and realize your speakerphone is too quiet and adjust the volume, you can no longer enter your conference id and such.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a resolution to this?
